Clear the Noise. Release What You’ve Been Carrying. Come Back to Yourself.
Sometimes you reach a point where you simply know you cannot keep carrying everything the same way. Stress, old stories, other people’s energy, fear about the future, unfinished emotions from the past, and beliefs that once protected you can begin to feel heavier than they used to.
The 22-Day Psychic Cleanse is a gentle, self-guided spiritual reset designed to help you clear emotional and energetic clutter, reconnect with yourself, and create more peace in your inner world.
You do not need to become a different person. You may simply need enough quiet and space to hear yourself again.
What Is a Psychic Cleanse?
We naturally pick things up as we move through life. We absorb messages from our families, relationships, culture, work, social media, difficult experiences, and the people around us. Over time, it can become difficult to recognize which thoughts, fears, and expectations truly belong to us and which ones we have simply been carrying.
A psychic cleanse gives you the opportunity to slow down, look honestly at what has accumulated, and begin releasing what you no longer want to take with you.
Think of it as clearing out an overstuffed closet, except the clutter may include old beliefs, resentment, fear, guilt, self-doubt, expectations, emotional attachments, and patterns that no longer fit who you are becoming.
Over 22 days, you will create space to reflect, release, listen to yourself more closely, and make room for something new.
Follow the Fool’s Journey Through the Tarot
At the heart of the 22-Day Psychic Cleanse is the Fool’s Journey, the symbolic path through the 22 Major Arcana cards of the Tarot.
The Fool’s Journey is often described as the story of the soul moving through life. We begin as The Fool, open to possibility and stepping into the unknown, and then encounter teachers, challenges, relationships, choices, losses, awakenings, and transformations along the way.
Each Major Arcana card represents another stage of that journey and another part of ourselves to explore.
During the cleanse, we use one Tarot archetype each day as a spiritual guide. The Magician invites you to recognize your personal power. The High Priestess asks you to listen more deeply to your intuition. The Lovers may bring your choices and values into focus. Death helps you release what has ended, while The Star reminds you that hope and renewal often appear after periods of change.
By the time we arrive at The World, the journey has come full circle. You have not become a completely different person. You have gained greater awareness of yourself, what you have lived through, what you are ready to release, and what you want to carry forward.
You do not need to know how to read Tarot to take this course. The cards are used as mirrors, teachers, and archetypes to help you understand your own inner journey more deeply.
What You’ll Do Each Day
Every day of the cleanse combines reflection, Tarot, meditation, and affirmation around the theme of that day’s Major Arcana card. Some lessons may bring immediate realizations, while others may continue unfolding long after you complete them. There is nothing to force, and nowhere you need to rush.
Daily Journal Prompts
Each lesson begins with a thoughtful journal prompt connected to the Tarot card and theme of the day.
You may uncover an old belief, recognize a repeating pattern, make peace with something from the past, or see your current situation from a completely different perspective. Your journal becomes a private place to tell the truth without judgment and give yourself permission to acknowledge what is really there.
Whenever possible, allow yourself 20 to 30 quiet minutes to write, reflect, and see what wants to surface.
Lessons from the Tarot
Each day’s Major Arcana card becomes your guide for that stage of the cleanse.
Rather than trying to predict the future, we use Tarot as a tool for self-awareness, spiritual reflection, and psychic development. The archetypes help illuminate the patterns, choices, fears, strengths, and possibilities already present in your life.
As you move through all 22 cards, you are also moving through your own version of the Fool’s Journey, exploring where you have been, where you are now, and where you may be ready to go next.
Creative Meditations
You’ll also receive imaginative meditation practices I call Imagitations.
These simple exercises help quiet mental chatter and bring your attention inward, where intuition is often easier to hear. You will use imagery, feeling, and intention to explore possibilities for your life and begin creating from clarity rather than fear or pressure.
Daily Affirmations
Each lesson closes with an affirmation connected to the Tarot card and theme of the day.
You can repeat it during meditation, write it in your journal, place it somewhere you will see it, or return to it throughout the day whenever you need to reconnect with the lesson.
What Might You Release?
Over the 22 days, you’ll explore limiting beliefs, fear, resentment, self-doubt, people-pleasing, other people’s expectations, negative self-talk, attachments to situations that may already be complete, and habits that no longer support you.
You may also begin recognizing where you have been giving your energy away, ignoring your intuition, holding yourself back, or repeating an old story long after it stopped being true.
As some of that emotional and energetic weight begins to loosen, your own voice can become much easier to hear.
Reconnect With Your Psychic Self
This cleanse is not only about releasing the past. It is also about clearing some of the internal noise that can make intuition difficult to recognize.
When your mind is overwhelmed and your emotional world feels crowded, your psychic senses can become harder to distinguish from fear, anxiety, wishful thinking, or outside influence. Creating more inner space can help you become more aware of your instincts, inner knowing, spiritual guidance, and the subtle information you may already be receiving.
The Fool’s Journey also gives you a powerful framework for understanding psychic development. The High Priestess teaches receptivity and inner knowing. The Hermit encourages reflection and trust in your own wisdom. The Moon asks you to explore what lies beneath the surface, while Judgement invites awakening and a deeper recognition of who you are becoming.
You are not trying to become psychic during these 22 days. You are creating the conditions that make it easier to notice and trust the psychic awareness that may already be part of you.
Your Path Back to Peace
Throughout the cleanse, you’ll be invited to release beliefs and emotional patterns you have outgrown, create healthier energetic boundaries, understand yourself with greater compassion, and become more present instead of continually revisiting the past.
You’ll also work on reconnecting with your intuition, creating room for more peace and possibility, and becoming clearer about what you want to carry forward into the next chapter of your life.
This is not about becoming perfectly healed, endlessly positive, or spiritually enlightened in 22 days. It is about feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded, and more connected to yourself.
You Get to Decide What Comes With You
Imagine your inner world as a garden. Some things were planted intentionally, while others took root without your permission. Some beliefs and behaviors once served an important purpose but may now be crowding out the life you are trying to grow.
During these 22 days, you will tend to that garden with awareness. You will notice what is growing, pull a few weeds, nourish what matters, and decide what you want to plant next.
The Tarot becomes a kind of map for that process. Each card offers another doorway into understanding yourself and another invitation to release, heal, choose, trust, or begin again.
Are You Ready for a Reset?
The 22-Day Psychic Cleanse may be for you if you are ready to let go of some of the emotional weight you have been carrying, quiet the constant mental and energetic noise, stop repeating patterns you know you have outgrown, or reconnect with yourself after a difficult or transitional season.
It is also a beautiful practice for anyone who wants to strengthen their relationship with Tarot, deepen their intuition, and create more peace in everyday life.
Begin Your 22-Day Psychic Cleanse
The 22-Day Psychic Cleanse is completely self-paced and available whenever you need it.
Move through one Major Arcana lesson each day, following the Fool’s Journey from beginning to completion, or take more time whenever a particular lesson asks for deeper reflection. There is no falling behind.
You’ll have lifetime access, so you can return to the cleanse whenever life feels cluttered, heavy, confusing, or simply in need of a reset. Because the Tarot meets us differently depending on where we are in life, you may discover something completely new each time you take the journey.
You do not have to figure out your entire future today. Sometimes the most powerful place to begin is by clearing enough space to hear what your own soul has been trying to tell you.
Twenty-two days. Twenty-two Tarot archetypes. One journey back to yourself.
