Refund Policy

It is the intent of Charlene Murphy Unlimited, LLC for each client to be 100% satisfied with our services and products. Returns and refunds are limited to the following situations:

1. Services rendered cannot be refunded.
2. Only store credit will be given for any unused visits or sessions.
3. A full refund is given if you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. We may charge your credit card for appointments that are not canceled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment date & time.
4. No refunds will be made for a no-show of any reservation.
5. Gift card orders are not exchangeable nor refundable.
6. We accept cash, PayPal, Venmo, Square, and all major credit cards.
