Clear Your Energy & Remove Blocks to Love
Welcome to Day 2 of the Manifest Love Challenge! Yesterday, we got super clear on the love you desire—what it looks like, how it feels, and what kind of partner is truly aligned with you. But clarity alone isn’t enough.

Have you ever noticed that even when you know exactly what you want in love, something seems to block it from fully arriving? That’s what we’re working on today.
Manifesting isn’t just about calling in love—it’s also about removing the obstacles that are keeping it away. These blocks can be limiting beliefs, old wounds, or emotional baggage we’re still carrying.
Today, we’re focusing on:
✅ Identifying and releasing limiting beliefs about love
✅ Healing past wounds that may be creating resistance
✅ Getting energetically aligned with your desires
✅ Shifting your vibration to become a magnet for love
Let’s pull weeds!
Why Alignment Matters in Manifesting Love
The Universe doesn’t give you what you want—it gives you what you’re aligned with.
If you’re carrying beliefs like:
💭 “Love is hard to find.”
💭 “I always get hurt in relationships.”
💭 “No one is ever truly loyal.”
Then, no matter how much you visualize love, your subconscious mind is pushing it away. It’s time to shift those beliefs.
Step 1: Identify Your Love Blocks
Take a deep breath and ask yourself:
🔹 What patterns keep repeating in my relationships?
🔹 What fears or doubts do I have about love?
🔹 What messages did I receive about love growing up?
So many of our blocks come from past experiences, family conditioning, or even past life imprints. But here’s the good news: awareness is the first step to change.
💡 Journal Prompt: Write down the first memories or past relationships that made you feel unworthy, unlovable, or unsafe in love. These are clues to the beliefs that need healing.
Step 2: Rewrite Your Love Story
Now that you’ve uncovered some limiting beliefs, let’s reprogram them into new, empowering ones.
Example: ❌ Old belief: “Love always ends in heartbreak.”
✅ New belief: “I am capable of a deeply loving, lasting relationship.”
💖 Write down at least 3 beliefs you’re releasing and reframe them into positive affirmations.
🔹 “I am worthy of love exactly as I am.”
🔹 “Love flows easily and naturally into my life.”
🔹 “I attract relationships that are healthy, joyful, and aligned.”
Repeat them out loud and feel the shift in your energy!
Step 3: Heal & Release Emotional Baggage
If you’re still holding onto past hurts, disappointments, or unresolved pain, those emotions can create an energetic wall around your heart.
Ways to release old love wounds:
🌬 Deep breathing & visualization – Imagine breathing light into your heart, clearing away past pain.
📖 Letter-burning ritual – Write a letter to an ex (or your past self) expressing everything you need to say, then safely burn or tear it up.
🙏 Forgiveness practice – Not for them, but for you. Forgiveness sets you free.
You don’t have to do this perfectly—just start the process of releasing.
Step 4: Embody the Energy of Love Now
To attract love, you must become the frequency of love. That means:
💃 Acting as if your dream love is already here.
💫 Choosing joy, passion, and self-love daily.
❤️ Showing up as the version of you who is already in love.
Ask yourself:
🔹 If I knew my perfect partner was already on their way, how would I act?
🔹 What energy would I radiate?
🔹 How would I treat myself?
And then… be that person now.
Day 2 Homework: ALIGN with Love
1️⃣ Write down at least 3 limiting beliefs and reframe them into new empowering beliefs.
2️⃣ Do an energetic release practice (letter-burning, breathwork, or visualization).
3️⃣ Comment below: What is one belief about love you’re releasing today?
