But here’s the thing: love isn’t something you chase—it’s something you attract. And the first step to attracting your ideal relationship is getting crystal clear on what you want.

Too often, we send mixed signals to the Universe, wondering why we keep attracting the wrong people. But when you learn to ask with clarity and intention, everything shifts.
Today, we’re diving deep into:
✅ Defining your ideal relationship
✅ Getting clear on what really matters
✅ Creating your ‘Frankenperson’ (a fun way to clarify your dream partner!)
✅ Tuning into how love should feel (not just look)
Let’s get started!
Why Clarity is Key in Manifesting Love
The law of attraction is always at work. Whether or not you realize it, you are constantly manifesting based on your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. The problem is, if you’re not clear on what you want, you end up attracting love that’s kinda what you want—but not quite.
For example, if you’re thinking:
💭 “I just want someone who likes me.”
💭 “I hope I don’t end up with another emotionally unavailable person.”
You’re sending out unclear energy—or worse, focusing on what you don’t want. The Universe doesn’t filter out negatives. It just amplifies what you give attention to.
So instead, we’re going to get intentional about love.
Step 1: Define Your Ideal Relationship
Let’s start with the big picture. Imagine your perfect relationship:
🔹 How do you want to feel in this relationship?
🔹 What kind of experiences do you want to share?
🔹 How do they treat you? How do you treat them?
This is about more than just a checklist of partner traits—it’s about designing a relationship dynamic that makes you feel loved, safe, and excited.
Step 2: Create Your ‘Frankenperson’ (Your Ideal Partner)
Now for the fun part! The Frankenperson Exercise helps you get ultra-clear on the kind of partner you desire by combining the best qualities from different people you admire.
Think about:
💖 Physical traits – Do you have a “type”?
💖 Personality – Playful? Passionate? Deep?
💖 Values & lifestyle – What do they believe in? How do they live?
💖 How they make you feel – This is the most important!
Example: I love the kindness of [Person A], the ambition of [Person B], and the deep emotional connection I had with [Person C].
Now, write it down in your Manifest Love Journal! The more detail, the better.
Step 3: Define Your Non-Negotiables to Define Your Must-Haves
We often make the mistake of focusing only on what we want while ignoring the red flags we need to avoid. But let’s be honest—if you’ve ever been in a relationship that drained you, you know how important this is. It’s perfectly appropriate to observe the dealbreakers to get clear and intentional on your must-haves!
Ask yourself:
🚫 What are my absolute dealbreakers? (Ex: dishonesty, lack of ambition, emotional unavailability)
✅ What must be present for me to feel safe & valued? (Ex: mutual respect, deep communication, emotional availability)
🙆🏻♀️What are you absolute must-haves? (opposite of dealbreakers)
Remember: When you accept things that don’t align with your standards, you send the message that you’re okay with less than what you truly deserve.
Step 4: Move Beyond the Superficial & Focus on Feelings
Many people focus too much on surface-level traits like height, income, or career—only to find themselves unfulfilled in relationships that look good on paper but don’t feel good in real life.
Instead, shift your focus to:
❤️ Emotional compatibility – Do they understand and support you?
💡 Shared values & vision – Do you want the same things?
🌱 The energy between you – Does it feel aligned, peaceful, and expansive?
Because at the end of the day, love is a feeling, not a checklist.
Step 5: Visualize & Embody Your Ideal Love
Now that you’ve defined your ideal relationship, it’s time to feel into it through visualization or what I call Imagitation! A combination of meditation and imagination… a very proactive use of meditation.
🌟 Close your eyes and imagine…
🔹 Waking up next to this person—how does it feel?
🔹 The conversations, the laughter, the support—what’s the energy like?
🔹 Moving through life together—how does love flow between you?
This is the fastest way to shift your vibration into alignment with love.
💡 Journal Prompt: After your visualization, write about your experience in your Manifest Love Journal—what stood out to you? What emotions came up?
Day 1 Homework: ASK with Clarity
1️⃣ Write a love letter to the Universe. Describe your dream relationship in detail—what it looks like, how it feels, and why you’re ready for it.
2️⃣ Create your ‘Frankenperson’ list. Be specific about the qualities that truly matter.
3️⃣ Share a key insight. If you’re joining the challenge on YouTube, drop a comment about what stood out to you today!
