I know. I am a highly sensitive empath myself. I’ve spent many years developing tools and techniques to manage my empathic nature and mindfully cultivate it into my greatest creative asset. I’ve even designed a career using my gifts to help others heal. They say we teach what we most need to learn!
Being an untrained empath can be hellish. It leaves you open and vulnerable to everything and anything. It can lead to depression, anxiety, and even mental illness. However, when you have insight and vocabulary about the exchange of energetic information and develop tools to regulate it, your life becomes more graceful, even magical! What this course looks like…
This course is divided into three sections and consists of seven exercises per section. Each segment has a different, powerful focus that I will introduce to you by video.
The daily exercises are mostly insightful journaling activities, so get yourself a journal that you love! You’ll also enjoy the guided meditations meant to stabilize your energy and vibration.
I recommend doing no more than one exercise per day to allow the impact of the lesson to settle in your consciousness, but you are free to go at your own pace.
Some exercises you might breeze through, while others may take a few days for you to fully process and integrate. Take your time and go at a pace comfortable for you.
